This Shipping & Delivery Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions for shipping and delivering products purchased from 5th Avenue by N2H International ("we," "us," or "our") via our website, https://5thavenue.lk ("Website"). By placing an order, you ("customer," "you") agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Order Fulfillment & Stock Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, occasional discrepancies may occur. If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, we will promptly ship the available items and contact you regarding the backordered product. You may choose to await restocking or receive a full refund for the unavailable item.
2. Shipping Costs & Calculation
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery destination of your order. The final shipping cost is displayed and collected during the checkout process. This price is guaranteed for your order.
3. Delivery
- Domestic Transit Time: Once dispatched, domestic orders within Sri Lanka typically arrive within 2 to 7 business days.
- Tracking: Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment's progress.
- Delivery Issues: If your order exceeds the expected delivery window, please contact our customer service team for an investigation.
4. Returns & Refunds
4.1 Change of Mind
We accept returns for a change of mind if requested within 3 days of you receiving the item. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.
The customer is responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping. Upon acceptance of the return, a refund will be issued as store credit for a future purchase. The cost of the original shipping is non-refundable.
4.2 Warranty Claims
We honor valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of receipt. Customers are required to pre-pay the return shipping, which will be reimbursed upon a successful warranty claim. We process warranty claims within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Upon confirmation, you may choose a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a replacement item (subject to availability).
5. Damaged or Lost Parcels
- Damage in Transit: If a parcel arrives damaged, please refuse acceptance from the courier if possible, and contact us immediately at +94707 825 825. If the parcel was left unattended, please contact us with details and photographic evidence.
- Loss in Transit: If tracking indicates your parcel is lost, we will initiate an investigation with the courier.
All parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stipulated by our courier partners. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier's investigation is complete and the claim is approved.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. If the order has already been shipped, you must follow our return process upon receipt, as outlined in Section 4.
7. Duties & Taxes
- Domestic Sales: All applicable taxes are included in the product price displayed on our Website.
- International Sales (if applicable): For international shipments, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Refusing to pay these fees will result in the return of the goods at your expense, and a refund for the product value (minus all shipping costs).
